How pricing works
No rate card. A written quote, and no surprises after it.
Every society is quoted on its own size and the package its committee chooses. This page explains exactly how that price is built, how you pay it, and what happens if you stop.

The Free package costs nothing
Notices, polls, complaints, the member directory, the gate and the guard app. For any size of society.

Paid packages are priced per unit, per month
Counted on the units in your society’s register, occupied or not. There is a minimum monthly fee for small societies.

GST is added on the invoice
Quotes are ex-GST. IntelAct’s invoice adds GST at 18%, shown separately.

Every quote is in writing
There is no public rate card. You get a written quote for the package your committee chooses, and the rate stays fixed for the term.

Paid packages carry no advertising
Community+, Finance and Complete are ad-free.

Residents pay the society, not us
Maintenance goes to the society. Residents pay it by UPI to the society’s own UPI ID, or by cash, cheque or transfer as today.

Founding societies
The first five societies get the Complete package free for 24 months.
Everything Parisar does — billing, the ledger, the statutory registers, the gate, meetings, elections and events — at no charge for two years. You work directly with the company that builds it.
When the 24 months end, your committee decides: continue on a written quote, move to the Free package, or export your records and leave.

No. 02Paying for Parisar
How the society pays IntelAct
IntelAct emails the society a GST invoice. You pay it by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) or in cash, quoting the invoice number. There is no payment link and no UPI handle anywhere in Parisar.
If anyone asks your committee to pay for Parisar any other way, it is not IntelAct. Tell us.
No. 03If you stop
If the subscription lapses.
- Configuration and finance changes lock until the subscription is renewed.
- Your records stay readable.
- The gate keeps working, and residents can still raise an SOS and report an incident.
- You can export the member register, the ledger and the statutory registers.
