In the app
- Open Parisar and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
What is deleted
- Your login, name, phone number, email address and profile photo are removed from the account.
- Your membership of every unit is archived, so you no longer appear as an occupant or in the member directory.
- Every signed-in session and push-notification registration is ended.
What your society keeps, and why
- Bills, receipts, ledger entries, meeting records and register entries are the society's statutory records under co-operative law. They remain with the society; they are no longer linked to a working login.
- Visitor entries at the gate are kept for the retention period the society has set, then permanently deleted by an automated job.
If you cannot sign in
Contact your society's committee, who can remove your membership from the portal; the account is then closed on our side.
