1. What we do by hand today

About 8.0 hours a month (96 hours a year) of committee, treasurer and gate time. With Parisar we assumed part of each task remains — the share is stated per task on the estimator.
2. The package this points to: Finance
Covers: Billing, Accounting and bank reconciliation, Gate security.
- The Free package costs nothing. Notices, polls, complaints, the member directory, the gate and the guard app. For any size of society.
- Paid packages are priced per unit, per month. Counted on the units in your society’s register, occupied or not. There is a minimum monthly fee for small societies.
- GST is added on the invoice. Quotes are ex-GST. IntelAct’s invoice adds GST at 18%, shown separately.
- Every quote is in writing. There is no public rate card. You get a written quote for the package your committee chooses, and the rate stays fixed for the term.
The first five societies get the Complete package free for 24 months. When the 24 months end, your committee decides: continue on a written quote, move to the Free package, or export your records and leave.
3. What starting would need from us
- Your unit numbering, decided first. Unit numbers are printed on every bill, receipt and share certificate and cannot be changed afterwards. We agree the convention with you before anything is created.
- Each member’s email address. Residents sign in with a code sent to their email. A resident without one cannot sign in yet — the portal lists exactly who, so it can be fixed before launch.
- How maintenance is calculated today. Fixed amounts, carpet-area rates, parking, sinking fund — whatever your heads are, they become billing heads.
- Opening balances. What each member owed on the day you start, so the first bill is right.
